About Morganite Consulting
 Leanna
I. Morag is the founder and principal of Morganite Consulting. Ms.
Morag specializes in identifying business process risks to
profitability and in finding technology solutions that would eliminate
these risks. Leanna has extensive experience in planning cost effective
and efficient solutions, be it a "to be" initiative or an "as is"
improvement and risk mitigation program. Her experience in evaluation,
design and deployment of technology to ensure minimum operational risks
and maximum performance, ranges from tactic to strategic levels of the
organization.
Prior to founding Morganite Consulting in 2005, Leanna was with a $12B energy marketing and trading corporation
headquartered in Ohio, where she most recently served as Risk
Manager. Since 1999 she managed a variety of projects for their Business
Planning, Business Intelligence and Risk Control departments.
Leanna began her career overseas as a project manager at a commercial
real-estate marketing firm. Before joining an oil exploration company
in 1993, she served in the military as head of a regional
desk and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain.
Ms. Morag holds an MBA Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University
in Cleveland, Ohio, majoring in Strategy, Marketing and Operations
Management. In addition to attending numerous
industry and professional seminars, Leanna frequently benchmarks with
industry best-practices.
